Waking up early has many benefits on our whole being. Science also agreed with this.
Many creative people are usually an early riser. Waking up early can be a total game changer since studies show that early risers are usually the ones that are proactive, agreeable, optimistic and conscientious.
As an early bird, I usually wake up around 4:00 to 5:00 AM daily even if I don’t have to go to work early. Yes, it is just me. I am wired to wake up early.
Taking advantage of the early window time. Biology shows that during early mornings our prefrontal cortex of our brain is more active. This brain member is responsible for our decision making, social behavior, planning, goal making, personality, and willpower.
Thus it is very beneficial to wake up early.

You can do anything you wanted to especially on these things that we usually overlook because of the lack of time during the whole day.

1. Take advantage of the quiet in the mornings
During the day and night there are always buzzing and hassling everywhere even you are inside or outside the house. Taking advantage of this quiet times, when everybody is sleeping, can be really good for you.
2. Get more things done
Of course, if you wake up early there will be more time in your hand. In result, you can do more things compared when you wake up later.

Well, your body needs a fresh air and morning air would be the best. It is really good for your lungs.
4. Mornings establish the tone of your day
Getting up early will make you feel more productive and accomplish — so this will set up your tone of the day.

Since you manage to wake up early it establishes your willpower immediately.
